This app makes it really easy to order food online. I especially like the notification that youre food is on its way
This was an order from a friend and I love the app. No wondering where the driver is. The notifications are a great feature!!!

First time we used Zoomer the restaurant got really behind and Zoomer kept calling the restaurant and us to keep us informed. They even offered us a free meal because it was late and treated us very well. And the app really works. Though I did just remember I forgot to ask for my free meal
Zoomer is probably one of the best food-tracking apps Ive used (its the only standalone one Ive used). Lets just say wow, it just works. Theres no need to configure anything or set up an account. I ordered food from GrubHub and directly afterward received a text that my food could be tracked with Zoomer. So I figured why not lets give it a try. Zoomer literally shows you the status of your food, where it is when it leaves the restaurant and is in transit, and thats it. Dirt simple, effective, excellent idea. Such a good app. Download it now.
Some bad moments
The ETAs are useless, it would count down from 35 min then jump back up to 35 and then do it one more time when it was finally marked as out for delivery. Also doesnt even show where it is on the app.
Barely on par with a text based service, and not providing a web interface instead forcing you to get the app was a poor choice.
This was my first time using this after ordering from a restaurant I didnt know delivered. It was great seeing where my food was on the map so I could wait for it since a storm unexpectedly showed up.
Driver came right to me. I was able to walk the dog and be at the house right on time. Love it!
Its actually the first time I comment on an app and Im happy to do it for Zoomer.
This great idea helps me to view the location of my delivery food in realtime. Amazing user experience!
It was nice to see exactly when the driver left, his name, and I was able to meet him at my door as he pulled up. A win for everyone!
I opened the app and pick my restaurant of choice to place an order. Immediately after the call, I received a text message after to track my order and was able to see all progress right on the app! The driver was nice and overall my experience was great!!! Highly recommend Zoomer!!!
